Tim joined Verdane in 2026 as Senior Director, Executive Talent. He leads executive talent strategy across our portfolio companies, with responsibility for Board and senior leadership appointments as well as our Advisory network. He partners with portfolio teams to strengthen leadership capability at every stage of growth, implementing robust and scalable approaches to hiring, retention, and reward.

Prior to joining Verdane, Tim spent more than 12 years as a Partner at a boutique executive search firm, working closely with private equity and venture capital clients. During this time, he placed hundreds of executives across global, regional, and local markets, helping investors and founders strengthen their talent ecosystems.

Tim holds a BSc in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the University of Borås. In parallel with his professional career, he competed in floorball at the highest level in Sweden.
